This policy explains how LKRCODEORBIT ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit lkrcodeorbit.tech or contact us to discuss a project. We are a remote-first IT services company based in Surat, Gujarat, India, serving clients across India, United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Australia, Canada entirely online — there is no physical office to visit, and no in-person data collection of any kind.

This policy does not cover the internal ERP, CRM or dashboard software we build and deliver for individual clients. Data handled inside a client's own ERP/CRM system is governed by that client's own policies and our project agreement with them, not by this page.

We keep collection to the minimum needed to reply to you and run the site:

• Contact details you choose to share — name, phone number, company name, budget range and project details, entered into our contact form. This form does not post to a server; it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat or email so the message goes straight to us, not into a database.
• Direct messages — anything you send us over WhatsApp, email or a call, which we keep only to progress your enquiry or project.
• Basic site usage data — aggregated, anonymised analytics (pages viewed, load performance) collected through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. This does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising.

• To deliver, support and improve a project you've engaged us for

Being remote-only, a few trusted services help us run the site and stay reachable. We share only what each service needs to function:

• WhatsApp Business — for direct client conversations
• Google Workspace / email — for written communication
• Vercel — hosting, cookie-less analytics and performance monitoring
• Google Search Console — to see how the site performs in search results

For client ERP projects, we may integrate with platforms such as Shopify, IndiaMART, Alibaba, courier and postal partners, GoKwik, Google Ads, Meta Ads and WhatsApp Business on the client's own account, under the terms of that specific project — never through this marketing website.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider is designed to work without cookies or persistent identifiers. If that ever changes, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Since we don't store form submissions on our servers, there is no marketing-site database of enquiries to secure or breach. Direct messages and emails are kept only as long as needed to service your enquiry or project, and are removed when no longer required, unless we're legally required to keep records for longer (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
• Stop contacting you about a project or enquiry

Just message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll action it directly — no ticket system, no waiting.
