Automation and integrations: common questions
Can you integrate Tally with Shopify or our ERP?
Yes. Sales, purchases and receipts can be pushed to Tally as vouchers so accounts stay in Tally while operations run elsewhere.
Can you automate WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Order updates, payment reminders, daily summaries and broadcasts via the WhatsApp Business API.
What happens if an integration fails?
Integrations retry, log errors and run reconciliation sweeps, so a missed webhook is caught and fixed automatically.
Is integration work affordable for a small business?
